Cycling in Connemara
Delphi Resorts’ location in the heart of the Delphi valley provides a wealth of scenic cycle routes to explore.

We have several forest cycles suitable for all the family, along with a variety of routes taking you through the surrounding countryside for the more ambitious.
Bound by its dramatic mountain scenery and the coastal formations of the Atlantic Ocean, Connemara is a traveller’s haven – a true place of discovery and tranquillity. The light of the sun and the changing seasons constantly alter the mood and tone of the landscape – a truly unique experience.
To hire a bike, please visit the Adventure Hub between 9am and 6pm, where you will be measured and allocated your bicycle and given advise on routes, trails and directions.

Which bike
to choose
- Hybrid Bicycles are best suited to those who wish to cycling on the road. We recommend taking a cycle to one of the nearby Discovery Points on the Wild Atlantic Way: Doolough Famine Memorial, Aasleagh Falls or Killary Harbour.
- Mountain Bikes are best suited to those who wish to cycle around the forest trails onsite or for those with experience, try out our adrenaline pumping mountain biking trails.
